The JS stored programs under sas/mocks/sasjs/services/ now emit their responses through the runtime's webout(), with the envelope supplied by the host. The SAS 9 variant under sas/mocks/sas9/sasjs/services/ (target sas9-mocks, appLoc /User Folders/sasdemo/) still assigns captured payloads to _webout directly: 35 files.
Two trees, same services, different payload shape - and the sas9 tree also carries the separator losses that #461 fixes for the sasjs tree (OMSOBJ:SASLibraryA59..., D:MyDemoSankey, BUILTINAdministrators).
Work: convert the 35 files the same way (members through webout('OBJ'|'ARR', ...), envelope from the runtime), and verify with the two-deployment diff used for the sasjs tree - both app locations on one server, parsed JSON compared with the envelope keys excluded, and the OMS/path separators asserted rather than inferred.
Acceptance: no _webout assignment left in sas/mocks/sas9/, every member equal to the previous response except the separator corrections, and the client exercised against sas9-mocks on at least the metanav screen.
Deliberately out of scope for #461 so that review stays on one tree.
