Currently we support deletion of format entries, but not the deletion of the entire format from the catalog.

This issue has been fixed in the underlying macro: da5244cda9

We just need to bump the dependency here in DC.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
