Held until the release lands - do not merge before dc/dc#348.

Removes the Draft - not in a release yet banner from derived-variables.md and tables/mpe_derived.md.
Drops the (draft) suffix from both nav entries.
Adds the Delivered Features entry on the roadmap.

Stacked on the same lines as #23 (RLS note, Show log section) only in derived-variables.md, so the two merge independently.

for. Merge this with, or just after, dc/dc#348.
