dc ddb1671e37 test(getdata): dump the Test4 payloads under debug, and count the derived row ...

mp_assertcols tests variable names, so it can never find a DERIVED_NOTE row in
the cols payload - the assertion now counts rows instead.  With debug on, both
Test4 payloads are printed so a wrong payload can be read rather than guessed.
