dc ba6ac75df8 test(cypress): visit the app under appLocation, not the server root ...

Eight `cy.visit` calls in five specs addressed the app as `${hostUrl}/...` or
`cy.visit(hostUrl)`. That is the address the app had on a dev server, which
served it at the origin root; served by the server it talks to, the app lives
under `appLocation` and the root is not the app, so those visits loaded nothing
the spec could act on and then failed waiting for a grid, a modal or a rendered
state.

Every visit now builds its URL from `hostUrl + appLocation`. The three specs
observed failing in CI pass with it, against the build streamed at
/AppStream/clickme:

  browser-info.cy.ts            3 passing   (#hotTable never found)
  startupservice-launcher.cy.ts 1 passing   (.clr-abort-modal never found)
  deploy-folder-picker.cy.ts    2 passing   (no state to act on)
