test(mocks): record three more read paths, and gate the download
Recorded from the synthetic estate: the library browse (public/viewtables),
a dropdown's values for a character column and for a numeric one
(public/getcolvals), and an Excel map (editors/getxlmaps). The first four
scenarios recorded in the earlier pass now gate the download that already
matched - public/getrawdata had no differences left but still carried
"gated": false, so a regression there would have been reported and not failed.

public/getgroups is deliberately not recorded. Its answer is the SASjs
Server's own group list - all-users, public, and every group created on that
install - so a golden would be a copy of one estate's setup, and the
difference is in the rows rather than in a path that `accepted` can name. The
mock derives its groups from MPE_GROUPS, and the startup scenario already
accepts the admin group's name as estate state. The README now says so, and
names the two paths still to align: the security abort a table the caller may
not see produces, and getddl's hardcoded body.
