dc 38949b4857 test(parity): compare an abort's MAC instead of masking it
The `<SERVICE>` placeholder this branch added to publish the getddl abort also
projected the mock's MAC, so a mock reporting a different program would have
compared equal to the estate. The service path is the app's own route, identical
on every deployment, so it is not an identifier to protect: `_PROGRAM` is now
dropped from the response but exempt from the deny list, and the MAC is compared
as it arrives. The golden is re-recorded with the literal path.

The FQDN class grows a lookbehind so a path ending in `.sas` is not read as a
hostname - the abort's MAC ends that way.

The README says which envelope member is dropped but not denied, and its runbook
step 1 now names the raw capture that holds the control library: the committed
startup golden masks `DCLIB` to `<LIBREF>`, so the step could not be followed
from it.
