3.14.0 ships @sasjs/lint 5.0.0, so the studio reports OS commands, and it is the release the estate runs. It still declares @sasjs/utils ^4.7.0, so the envelope formats from utils 4.8 (SYSCC as text, DATE7, TIME5, E8601DT26.6) are not yet guaranteed by the floor - a fresh install resolves 4.8.0, a cached tree need not. The comment says so, and the pin moves again when the floor lands. Verified on a local 3.14.0 install (clean, resolving utils 4.8.0): the mock estate's startupservice returns SYSDATE 04NOV26, SYSTIME 12:44, SYSCC "0" (text), END_DTTM 2026-11-04T12:44:14.954000 (no Z). With that estate seeded, and against a fresh app location, licensing.cy.ts passes 10/10 and metanav.cy.ts 1/1 on Chromium.
