dc/client Updates

  • remove unused css class with CSP violation
  • sidebar resize - use class instead of changing inline style
  • bump @sasjs/adapter
  • bump @angular/core and @angular/compiler
  • bump transitive bn.js package dependancy
  • bump (w/ override) transitive ajv package dependancy
